The roles of the Governing Body are:

• Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school.

• Overseeing the financial performance of the school, ensuring value for money.

• To provide strategic direction for the work and improvement of the school.

• To support, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the school.

• To hold the school to account for the standards achieved and the quality of education.

The Co-Headteachers are responsible for the day to day management of the school. The governing body are the strategic leaders of the school. Governors work closely with the

Co-Headteachers to set the school’s aims and policies.
