Governance
The roles of the Governing Body are:

Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school.

Overseeing the financial performance of the school, ensuring value for money.

To provide strategic direction for the work and improvement of the school.

To support, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the school.

To hold the school to account for the standards achieved and the quality of education.

The Co-Headteachers are responsible for the day to day management of the school. The governing body are the strategic leaders of the school. Governors work closely with the
Co-Headteachers to set the school’s aims and policies.
